Yes. Page reordering, rotation, and deletion do not re-encode image content. The output preserves the original resolution and embedded fonts from the source file.
There is no hard page limit enforced by the tool. Very large PDFs with many high-resolution thumbnails may take more time to load and preview in the browser.
