FAQ

Can I paste HTML directly or do I need to upload a file?

Both options are available. You can upload a self-contained .html file or paste raw HTML markup into the text editor. Pasted markup is converted in exactly the same way as an uploaded file.

Will external images and stylesheets be loaded?

No. For privacy and security, the renderer blocks all external network requests. Inline styles, base64 data URIs, and assets embedded directly in the HTML are rendered; remote URLs for images, fonts, or CSS are not fetched.

Does the tool execute JavaScript?

No. JavaScript execution is disabled in the renderer. HTML that depends on JS for layout or content generation will not produce the expected output. Use static, fully pre-rendered markup.

What page size and orientation is used?

The default output is A4 portrait. If you need a different size or landscape orientation, include a CSS @page rule in your HTML (e.g. @page { size: A4 landscape; }) and the renderer will honour it.

Can I use CSS print stylesheets?

Yes. CSS @media print rules and @page rules are respected. To ensure accurate rendering, write your styles targeting print media or avoid relying on screen-specific layout that may not translate to paginated output.
